This is a crisp, refreshing smoothie!
It makes a great breakfast.
2 green apples chopped fine
dash of cinnamon
water
2 c. spinach or other leaf greens torn into pieces
If you have a Vita Mix or other high speed blender, cut apples into quarters, seeds and all. If not place the spinach in blender, cover with water, blend well. Then add apples and more water to keep blades moving until smooth then add cinnamon and water to fill blender to the top.
